they said your application is completed yet what does this means?
It probably means caseworker has decided on it and now in the process of sending it away via post.

It doesnt tell you whether caseworker has granted or rejected the ILR.

Dear,
My wife if in UK for the last approx 1 year now (as my Dependent under Tier 1 General, expiring on 15-Dec-2015), So my query is if I go for ILR (under 10 year long route) during end of July-2015 (as in AUG-2015 I am completing 10 year in UK), can she also submit her passport together with my application for Dependent visa (under my 10 year route ILR application), even though her current visa as mentioned above expiring on 15-Dec-2015.
I want to submit her passport as well during Jul this year with my 10 year route ILR application, so we both get passport back together. Is it possible or does she need to wait until my ILR decision comes back OR close to her current visa application?

- If she can go with above option (what Visa category/Form she will be applying for), what income threshold & savings I need to show and also does she need English Test or not at this stage?

Many Thanks in advance.

Ali

Hey all!

Just an update for my wife who applied on 1st sep and hasn't received her decision yet .
Her case is pretty straight forward as far as we know, however she hasn't received any letter from HO saying that it will take longer than 6 months nor received any query... So it's beyond us why she hasn't received her decision.

We have contacted our local MP who has sent them an email but Havnt heard from them yet (it's been around 10 days)

So the wait still continues for us :'(

Hey All,

This forum is very, very very, very quite in terms of approvals.

I guess less number of applications so less number of approvals.

Hi Megankit,

parcel has gone to my solicitor address so still waiting for his call.

secondly, i applied for FLR-M for my wife as our visa expired at the same time n requested HO to hold my wife application until mine one is decided.

I have 3 UK born born kids so didn't include them on my application as the plan is to apply for their neutralization once i get my ILR.

so lets see and pray for me please.

Many congratulations!

I have few questions to ask. I would be grateful if you could answer.

Did you receive a letter containing a tracking number for your BRP delivery before the delivery? or did they just deliver it?
On what date did you receive your approval letter?
