Very happy for you. Apparently, for mine, the BHC wrote down the wrong postal code! So, the delivery is delayed. Hope I get it this evening!

for all who hav recently appealed i have rang the aslyum and immigration tribunial they have said they are currently processing appe als that have been sent in on the 17th of July so hopefuly wil be recieving notice in the next week or so. if anyone has an other update from them please let me know

visa refused 13/07/2012
appeal lodged 17/07/2012
ecm to respond by the 09/01/2013
Visa refusal decision upheld by ecm

Hey All,

:D:D:D I got the VISA!!!

It was such a dreadful waiting period and I have no clue why they delayed it because the visa says that it is valid from 24th July, but they did not post it until yesterday!!

Anyway, very happy now! :) and I hope that the rest of you get yours ASAP.

Thanks for all the support and best wishes you have given me! Couldn't have done it without all of you.

Anyone applied on or after 18th May got their application processed?

We applied from Kolkatta for my wife and kid on 18th May and still not heard.... this is really stressfull and specially more when I'm missing my young kid's early days...

Hope we get our visas soon..letss ssee

My hubby prepared appeal bundle.. he posted it on 25 july till nw we did nt get any update?? What rply nxt we shall expect nw..?? Waiting for the response from tribunal, Do u hav any idea? Sick of this mystery appeal process :(

yes the aknowledgement letter takes some time to reach you or ur representative.. so hold on... dnt worry its a waiting game, so keep up to ur patience. :)

Hi Guys,

Ive been visiting this post for sometime now and thank you all, for useful posts from time to time.

My wife has applied on 11th June and the time then was 47 working days( from delhi). I believe its gone up now. She has an exam to appear in the 1st week of sept in UK, we had thought the visa result would be declared by then and she cud be with me to appear for her exam.

If its 60 working days etc, we might miss the boat.( waste of money!! exam fees)...Is there any point in writing to BHC explaining these circumstances, maybe attach the entry to exam Id as well.

We based our decision on 47 working days time frame..

what do u suggest? please advise
