@Lahore90210

£1583.33 at the time of visa application but one wage slip was £1746.65 due to a business trip I went on and was reimbursed for the petrol I used in car. Because the wage is different would that be a problem?

What he wrote was an employment letter. Ideally this should also be within 28 days of applying along with your last bank statement/payslip. Hopefully it was.

But since your payslips were online, it was vital to get them stamped/cover letter stating authenticity.

Read below, taken from: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... rement.pdf

3.3.7. Payslips must be original formal payslips issued by the employer and showing the employer’s name, or be accompanied by a letter from the employer, on their headed paper and signed by a senior official confirming they are authentic.
1st application refused in jan 12/11/2014
2nd online application 14/04/15
2nd application submitted islamabad 22/04/15
Delayed email - 27/08/2015
Processed on update email 18/09/15
Official processed email - 28/09/15
RFC- 30/09/15 refused

Feeling anxious now!

My first wage was £1583.33 as well. They pay you a full months wage initially regardless of what date you've joined the company.

Yes that's what I'm clinging on to. That they check with HMRC and are able to determine the information they have been provided with is correct. I know some people have been given visas when they've messed up slightly on their paperwork. It's all about kismet really. If it's meant to be, it will be. If not the Allah swt knows best.

apologies for constantly but yes/no answers are slightly confusing!

If i send my docs to ISLAMABAD, do they forward everything to sheffield?? My wifes appointment confirmation e-mail states:

"When attending your appointment you must take with you a print out of your appointment confirmation, a print out of your visa application (signed and dated), any supporting documents and the appropriate fee (unless already paid online)"

Supporting documents is everything surely? appendix form/communication evidence/accomdation report etc

Its contradictory of them to say send to sheffield yourself from the UK....then ask her to bring everything to ISLAMABAD?!!
Online application: 11th July 2015
Biometric Islamabad: 27 July 2015
Case processed email: 22 October 2015
Collection Email: 28 October 2015
Visa Granted: 29 October 2015

Brother they have a transition period where for a few weeks were they will forward it to Sheffield but after that they won't, so it's best just to send everything to Sheffield yourself, your wife should just submit passport and everything else u should forward to Sheffield, I think they are still getting used to it all themselves hence y you got that email

I find it easier to send to Sheffield its my folks who are not getting this. Once she does the biometric...is this the time when its considered that the application is recieved and the process starts? Or when I send the docs to sheff??

Have you been to visit your wife since getting married? She must be stressing as well.

Yes from date of biometrics they don't even really look at the documents until 5/6 weeks after the date because so many people apply, so as soon as wife has been to appointment, and u have all the documents with u in the UK then send them to Sheffield asap

Hopefully with the employment letter, employment contract and bank statements showing money going in, along with the payslips it should be sufficient proof of employment and income.
