the issue with changing is her tb test runs out on 5th august...so delaying it isnt an option

im trying to send the docs by this wednesday/thursday via royal mail special delicvery...that will take time due to eid holidays in pakistan...which is why im in bit of rush

my most recent bank statement says from 1 Jun - 1 July....appointment is 29....is this breach of 28 day rule?

You don't need to worry as long as your date of online application is not more than 28 days then you are safe. They consider your date of online application. Some people think that they consider date of submission it's not the case. I applied online on 12th June and couldn't get appointment date for docs submission/biometric date earlier than 19th June as my last pay slip date was 20th May but I am not worried as it won't effect my case as my application date will be considered when I applied online and paid the fees which was 12th June.

I would suggest just get a new Tb test as it's not worth to get refused based on your Tb mate

I applied under cat B but by mistake ticked Cat A. I guess they saw the supporting documentation was for B.

All applicant's and sponsor's documents need to be sent to Sheffield, not Pakistan.

He submitted at mirpur on 5th may
Got his processed email Friday

i'm really annoyed at one thing, everyone is stating its the online date that they take into account BUT on my refusal paper it said

i submitted application 4th Feb (my bio-metrics) and that they shouldn't c anything before 4th Jan, my 6th payslip was 4th Jan and my last bank statement 26th December, so they didn't take the bank statement into account , however my 6th pay slip would have been shown in January's bank statement (which i didn't submit and have appealed and sent).

so was the ECO wrong is using 4th Feb date and not my online submission date 16th January ???????

Title Deed is a document and Land Registry is that the organisation that holds these documents, so yes same thing.

You will be getting your decision very soon as well InshAllah. Do you reckon it's worth sending a escalation email on the 8th Week? or shall I wait?.. My brothers Mrs got her visa exactly on week 12, but then again he did phone them for an escalation couple of weeks prior to that..
