From last two months ,all those got processed email from BHC and no emails about refund were successful.
All those who were denied unfortunately received refund email before processed email.
So keeping this scenario in place you should remain positive.about text from Gerry and no email from BHC I have no idea.
Visa Timeline
Online Application: 08/06/15 Type: Spouse Visa
Documents Submitted @ ISB: 12/06/15
Documents Received BHC ISB: 17/06/15
Esclation -6th August ---pres assessment done.
Update 12 August --application in progress.

HI guys,

congrats to everyone who has got their visa :)

just a q , i sent an email regarding update of my applications and they replied :

""We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status (GWF******** and date of
birth **/**/****) and found it is yet to be assessed by an Entry Clearance
Officer (ECO). Your visa application centre or the entry clearance officer
(ECO) will contact you once a decision has been made or, if necessary,
during the consideration of your application.""[/i]

Can someone let me know whether this means that an officer has not even looked at it , meaning it will take weeks not days for it to be processed? my biometrics were done in lahore on 27/5/15

Please clarify

Thanks

I dont know how it works but i imagine that one should be receiving a NHS refund mail as soon as the decision is taken on their appljcation. They should not wait to let you know till you open the envelope because who knows how many days have lapsed since the decision and i remember their is a time limit for an appeal. This is how i look at it but who knows how the BHC works.

Agreements and disagreements are welcome.

My wife has told me they have a family friend who submitted his case at Mirpur around 2 weeks before Ramadan so which would be roughly say beginning of June. Apparently he got his visa a few days ago.

So I'm not sure how it works some of you guys are still waiting since March/April/May and this guys has got his visa in 8 weeks.

May Allah SWT make it easy for us all and reunite us with our loved ones as soon as possible
In Shaa Allah....Ameen.

Mrs Fakhar have u tried contacting the gerrys office directly ? You should call them firstly as by now it should be there . If not definitely escalate the matter cuz it shouldn't take more then 7 working days.
