You should have received a decision by. All October decision has been decided for me.

They are really tough on ID. They are making concession in only DV cases.

I applied for PR without ID on the 25th of October. I still haven’t heard from the Home Office regarding a decision; and also my case had some underlying concerns.

I never applied for ROR. I divorced after my 5 years because of some complexities in my case. This is the first time I am applying for a residence card after my EEA2 application.

Yes they appear to be insisting, of 10 cases in last 3 months, that i have involved with, it was only 3 they issued without ID, and that was because i got the ex's in those cases - to provide compelling reason why she cannot provide ID, and thankfully they accepted, all the rest have been successful upon appeal, 4 appeals pending and undecided.

Thanks for your reply.
Can you please just clarify what you mean by, 'I got the ex's in those cases'? How did you contact them for valid reason?
Also in the 3 cases where you have issued visa without ID were these issued with JR or FTT?

I asked my EX for ID many times but as a proof I sent them emails n Facebook conversations where she clearing saying it that I should return her payslips n other documents back instead of asking ID.
