You will be refused. Send 6 months worth of bank statements.

I was refused because I sent 3. Remember, they are looking for a reason to refuse the application, don't give them one on a plate like that.

But u can't show 6 months worth of payslips in 3 statements that's just common sense

All his 6 wage slips are reflecting in his 5 bank statements, doesn't say anywhere 6 bank statements just enough to show 6 months worth of payslips...

E.g someone who gets payslips weekly may have more statements

If you get paid 4 weekly it is possible you'll only need 5 months of statements but it was be silly not to submit 6 regardless. They are looking for a reason to refuse, only submitting 5 is putting yourself at major risk.

1) 4th March-3rd April
2)4th April- 3rd May
3)4th May-6th June
4)7th June-6th July
5)7th July- 6th Aug

May-June has two wages entries.

Plus My bank statements reflects 6 months wages.

my wife had to change her bank statement date because of 28 days rule as previous bank statement used to come on 4th of every month where wages on 5th so it was not possible to show both within 28 days of online application.
She requested bank to change her bank statement date to 10th so that she can show her wages within 28 days.

@aadi90

Was one at the beginning and one at the end?

Your wages need to be 6th month worth so from the date of your 1st payslip to the 6th one is that a full 6 months???

@stillwaiting I have 6 wage entries going into my account, as i posted earlier detailing the dates. May bank statement shows 5th May wage transaction as well as 5th June wage transaction as I get my wages on the 5th of every month. completing the 6 transactions in 5 bank statements.
I hope this has clarified my question

aadi90, be very careful. Stillwaiting is correct, if you are paid 4 weekly you may have to submit 7 payslips, that's what I had to do. Whenever you applied online this is your application date, count back 6 months from that date and send everything from then up until that application date.

Don't take any chances, you will regret it.

Unfortunate for her, she's got a long road ahead of her now, unless she corrects her mistakes and reapplies rather than appealing. But she'll know what's the best step to take once she gets back all the documents.

That's the quickest turnaround I've seen so far i think for a Pakistani spouse visa.

Applied for spouse visa and was recently refused after going through a real roller coaster of a ride just wanted to get your opinions on what step I should take next.

Online application submitted 10-04-2015
Biometrics submitted Islamabad 20-04-2015
Application rejected 02-09-2015

My wife submitted application on 20-04-2015 and the person who took the application filed it in with the wrong country he put it in with the Ireland applications when I applied for UK so my form went missing and was then rediscovered on 25-07-2015.
After 3 months had passed I started chasing up and calling in and they told me on their system that my application was just recently submitted on the 25-07-2015, so I told them I have a text plus receipts to prove date of submission was 20-04-2015 so my case was escalated.
I waited and waited escalated another 2 times as this was their mistake behold I finally got a response on the 02-09-2015 after 5 months of waiting that my application has been rejected.

Reasons for rejection where:
I note your sponsor started working with a company less than two months of its incorporation it's not clear why a new company would employ your sponsor on £19,000 per annum so soon after its incorporation and what skills your sponsor would have brought to this company given his limited work experience (as shown on HMRC checks carried out by this office).
I am therefore not satisfied that your sponsor is employed and paid as claimed and that his employment circumstances are as claimed.

Given all the above I am satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that's false information has been submitted with regard to your sponsors income and employment. I therefore refuse your application under paragraph EC-P.1.1(c)

I mean who are these people to question the fact why i am earning £19,000 per annum with it being a recently new company or not, why has this ECO gone to such lengths.
As long as I meet the financial barrier this should be irrelevant.

Let me know what you think as I'm absolutely flabbergasted with this decision my solicitor has advised me they will be writing a strongly worded letter to see if they will reconsider their decision as this doesn't even come into the criteria.

Thank you

Firstly sorry to hear about the refusal, do not b disheartened and inshallah when the time is right it will happen

this means Eco probably has done some checks on history ad thinks person who doesn't have much experience can be paid how much u r .....firstly can I just ask and I don't mean to be rude is it a genuine job? If yes then I'm pretty certain with things and agree with your solicitor

Inshallah all the best
Thank you sister yes it's a genuine job what it is that before I was working for few years cash in hand so I had no record.
So I gained experience in the specific field and later joined a company who do everything by the books so that's why my earnings are correct for my specific field of work just that because first job was cash in hand no record of it on HMRC
My Solictor is writing up a letter but will it strengthen my case getting my local MP involved aswell.

Thank you
