Feb 2012 applicant

Post by Fei » Fri Mar 09, 2012 12:07 pm

Hi,

I'd submitted my EEA2 form to Home Office = 17 Feb 2012
Form was delivered via Royal Mail on = 20 Feb 2012

I am now holding my EEA Family permit which expire on 22 April 2012.

I see the urgency to write to HO regarding my COA.
May I know which number should I call?
What email address should I write to?

Please advice. Thanks.

Praise the lord! All glory goes to the almighty God.

Good news! Residence card received On 8th march 2012.

Here are the details:

EEA2 application received by UKBA 08/11/2011

COA received 08/12/2011 ( COA issued on the 29/11/2011)

Eu wife's passport requested on the 2nd feb 2012 for travel purpose

Eu passport recived 9th feb 2012

My wife sent a email to ukba 0n 29th feb ask about the progress of my application and got a reply next day''your husband application is been delt by the case worker and been forwarded to the dispatched team and you will recived your documents in couple of weeks''.

08/03/2012 Residence card in passport received (date of issue 13/02/2012).

It took about 4months in total.

My wife exercises treaty rights.

I THINK ITS WORTH IT IF EU SPONSOR'S SEND A EMAIL TO UKBA AND ASK ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF APPLICATION AFTER 3 OR 4MONTHS OLD APPLICATION,IT WORKED FOR ME.

GOD BLESS AND GOOD LUCK FOR EVERYONE WHO WAITING THEIR RC.

i got the answer if for any reason we dont have your passport when we approve your application or if your passport expires while in our possession. we will issue you with an immigration statues document. dont laminate your immigration document as this will invalidate it.

Hi,

I am in same situation as you. I have a real good job offer but HR can not recruit me untill they get COA.

Let me know about your progress.

Best of Luck.
