Can somebody help me plz I submitted my online application on 20 th August biometrics were on 24th August.. And I posted my docs on 26th August.. My paperwork was all dated 1st August is this ok?

Received the email on 29th October after I asked for an update, and yeh submitted in Sheffield. Inshallah we will hear soon.

Is there any one how can tell me where exactly IHS refund button will appear .either on http://visa4uk.fco.gov.uk portal or https://www.immigration-health-surcharge.service.gov.uk portal.

Salam,
We created an account on https://www.immigration-health-surcharge.service.gov.uk with an email as my wife paid that fee using my email so i forget what email she used.i created an account again and after searching from mail history i realized i created new account from old email.how is that possible ihs site allowed me to create new account from email that is already existed.only possibility is they delete accounts of processed case.is that possible or what the hell is going on ??

Hi I am a new user here but have been following this board from some time I have applied for settlement (spouse) visa. Online application 14 August 2015. Biometrics 10 September 2015 and documents sended to Sheffield 15 September 2015 but didn't hear anything from ukvi after.my question is shouldn't I be recieving a acknowledgement e mail that they have received my documents and I even e mailed for stAtus and reply comes yet to be assessed. Can some 1 plz answer my question thanks in advance. :D

Malik88, yet to be assessed most likely means they have your application received and they haven't processed it yet.
With regard to acknowledgment, they do send most of the times that 'case has been received.'

I have applied for my husband, I'm a bit worried as I went back to pakistan after about 3 years to see my husband but I did go see him before reapplying will that be a problem

I got a not straightforward email and then a bit later I got another email requesting some more information to support my application

Need urgent advice,
I applied for my spouse visa early October but my wife is still with me in Pakistan for more than two months now as she is applying for me to come to the uk will this be a problem. Thanks in advance

As far as I am aware, no refund option is available for applications that were made after they changed the process of paying for the surcharge. This was only for applicants who were required to create a separate account to pay for this but now we pay for it all together with the online application. I do not have any refund button on my application.

We made a separate account and paid through that. So the refund button should apply to us.

Hi everyone I have a question regarding my case that I have applied for spouse visa and my wife is working full time income well over 18600 and we have a child as well but she is claiming housing benefit as she is living on his own in a flat and benefits for the child as well as she was entitled to these benefits after having this income as well.My question is can these benefits effect the case as she is earning the income more than the threshold (18600) and is entitled to these thanks in advance :(
