FOR ROOT

Although you were given points last time and on telephonic contact with HO has been given positive response yet each time different case worker is assigned. Law on the subject is very clear and do not take any chance with law.
We take months to prepare HSMP documents and it is very easy to ensure that application is recieved in the same month. UK lawyer of my brother has withheld his application on similar issue and has asked for salary slip of Sep. as they could not submitt application with in Sep.
As a precaution you can send additional documents now. On doing so there is nothing to loose.

I sent the application on 2nd Oct.
Recieved by Homeoffice(as per DHL web-site) on 4th Oct.
Credit Card charged on 5th Oct

But, no update on Reciept/Ref# from Home office yet.

hsmper6thOct,

Do you generally have to ask for the reciept details and ref.# or the Home Office guys are kind enough to notify themselves.

Also, incase you requested for this in email, did you email at wpcustomers@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

Thanks

I have posted two Messages but no one replied till now.... pls reply me my frnds, as I am going to send my application by the end of this week.. in fact may be in 3-4 days (max.)

Messages are below:

Hi Friends,

I have collencted most of the documents apart of my previous employer's Exprnc Certificate. He told me that he has sent the same so it should reach me by Monday or Tuesday.

I want to clear few more things, my designation in that Organization, changed after one year. Do I need to give any letter for that also or it will be fine if employer mention it in Experiece Certificate (See sample below):

Dates Position Type of work
01/05/2000 to 05/02/2001 Web Designer Full time
06/02/2001 to 07/07/2003 Web Developer Full time

2nd, IBM is not ready to provide any experience letter with the specific format (Type of Job, Roles & Responsibilites etc) but I they have the same vacancy on the IBm Website, can I show the same? It clearly mention Job Description etc... I am posting it below, pls suggest:

Pls gimme ur valuable comments frnd... I want to submit application within 10 days. Thanks.

Regards,

Akash...

No Reply??? Pls reply my friends. I am going to apply for HSMP next week.

One more thing, My current company Wipro gave me letter with Roles & Responsibilities but they did nt mention job type as Full-Time. Will it be ok.

As u guys know that IBM also did not give me Exprnc letter with Roles & Responsibilities but as I mentioned in my last post, I can get the Job Details from the IBM Job website (pls see my last message).

So the situation is that I have a letter stating complete Roles & Responsibilities, Job Type and other details from May 2000 - July 2003. As this company is very small, so I am providing the company's Brochure and Visiting Card also along with my Experience Letter, Salary Increase Letter and Appointment Letter. Will these things be enough to prove the existance of the company?

And without IBM and Wipro, I won't be able to show total 4 years experience. And I have already mentioned my problem with their letters. Pls suggest me regarding the same. Thanks.

Regards,

Akash...

getting status on applications?

Post by uk4James » Tue Oct 10, 2006 6:26 pm

Hey guys,
Just a question. How do most of you keep status on your application once it is sent? For example, how do you know when they received it as opposed to when they charged the credit card? Just curious. I want to be as accurate as I possibly can when sharing with everyone. :)

My estimate would be 6 weeks from the time they charge you. I have no information to back this, but that is my bet. I hope it is sooner than that though. I am really hoping for 4 weeks.

Total number of applicants this month

Post by bollyfan » Fri Oct 13, 2006 5:33 pm

Hi Guys,

There are around 6 applicants including me this month.
we have shared info thru this form.

There might be some more applications, who might not be aware of this form or haven't shared the info.

so , on an average there might be around 15-20 applications this month.

Does anybody know, what is the average number of applicants every month?

Does this matters at all to HO ? .....

Cheers.
