do i need to go to the embassy fist before getting marriaed.?
Yes she must stay with you untill you both get an authorisation from la wilaya besides the authorisation must be signed by her too
Have you been to la wilaya?
You dont need to go to the embassy now .Your british girl must bring with her Birth certificate and proof that she is single ( it could be divorce) these two documents must be transolated into Arabic or French after the transolation you have to go to the embassy with copies to be signed from the Counsular .
I hope that will help you

Your wife's income must be at least £18,600 under the new rules if she doesn't meet the requirement she will require £32,500 in savings to make the shortfall (£6,600 x 2.5 + £16,000).

Regarding how to prove your relationship you will require pictures, provide telephone bills showing calls, e-mail logs, Skype logs, SMS logs. Have her family met you? if so pictures, just provide anything you can to prove that your relationship is real.

For me and husband we had been married for over 4.5years before we even applied for the visa. I do believe this helped our case to show commitment to each other if nothing else.

Good Luck with your application!!
Applied from Alexandria 22 May
Arrived at Visa section 27 May
With courier attempting delivery 13 August
Visa stamped (granted) 12 August
Alhamdulillah :)

thanks for ur reply i appreciate that
i ve heard some people saying that we should be together 2 years at least before applying for spouse visa which is not my case. i know my wife from the april we ve met in june in the same year for a week then she came back to uk as im living in algeria ..u can say that im pretty lost here i dont know what to do ..some people advice me to apply for marriage visitor visa and some of them tell me to wait till she meets the financial requirements then i apply directly for spouse visa
some of them say even if she meets the financial requiremtents i mean an annual income of 18.600p that will be the minimum so my chance for getting visa is very low...=( really i dont know what to do

unfortunately as she doesn't meet the financial requirement more likely your application will be refused plus you have only met each other once?? I believe for the fiancé visa the same financial requirement applies.

So either your partner looks for a job that pays more or she needs to get a second job to make the extra......
