Is anyone still waiting from October Club

Post by bunty4ILR » Tue Dec 11, 2012 4:25 pm

Hi

Can altfhn, deep4ILR, spoiled brat, adamboston and alm please tell if one of you have received the approval.
It's just that I am getting bit impatient seeing people getting approvals who applied after me.
Thanks

Hi Bunty, no dear I'm still waiting to hear from them. Let's hope we receive the approvals this week. All the very best.

@ dr_raihan29

Hey hang in there.

I too am in NI. I applied 18th Oct, request for PSNI came end on Nov.

I suppose it all comes down to your caseworker, and the pace of his checks etc...

Also, my understanding all checks done then PSNI clearance last thing (I stand to be corrected)

Just over 2 months/9 weeks and still waiting. People who applied a month after me are now approved. Keeping in mind that my application was quite straight forward I don't understand why is it taking so long to get the approval, this is now making me ill.
Can anyone waiting from October club plz update if they've heard anything from HO.

Hi bunty4ILR,
Hope you are well. Sorry to hear about your case, expecially as we both applied on the same date. I hope you get your approval soon.

I too have been waiting 10 weeks - trying and its hard to be patient. It might just be that the particular caseworker allocated to individual cases took early holiday in Dec or something like that, as could be the case with Rastro

My PSNI clearance was sent 12th Dec to UKBA.

I believe it has been posted on this forum, that good things come to those who wait....hang in there Nov club...

hi there everybody.........got approval today(was not even asked for dat1/psni clearance) 2 months from the date of application. booked ceremoney at the end of the week.
I think not requiring PSNI sped things up........also had formal police caution for domestic violence(obviously not required to declare as this was not a conviction) in 2006(both me and my wife)
anyways thanks for all the help see u in passport application timeline section

Dear Friends

I am so so much delighted to share my good news that this morning I received the naturalisation approval letter from HO. It was so frustrating seeing other fellow members receiving the approvals before me who applied even a month after me but all is GOOOD now. End of my 11 years and 4 months long immigration journey. My best wishes to everyone.

Whoa-oa-oa! I feel good, I knew that I would, now
I feel good, I knew that I would, now
So good, so good, I got you

Whoa! I feel nice, like sugar and spice
I feel nice, like sugar and spice
So nice, so nice, I got you
