It's not been made clear in the above discussion whether MILI, the person who applied on the basis of a company that was established more than 3 months before the application, was switching from PSW. I would assume that he did not. Para 112 of the guidance is not relevant to PSW switching and the 3 month rule for PSW switching is crystal clear in the rules.

Do I need letter from bank about funds or just my personal bank statement is enough showing ending balance of 55k £ in UK BANK.

I think I'm gonna be little bit late than 3 months when I would actually be able to apply for Tier 1 from PSW route. What options do I have now, if the 3 months rule is strictly applicable ?

With the help of this forum, finally managed to understand VISA stuff quite clearly and I think it's time to submit my application. Before I do that, just wanna get myself re-check again. Hoping foe the best support as usual. The documents I've collected so far are as follows -

PSW-> Tier 1 Route

1) Original Passport
2) Bio-metric Card (VISA)
3) Original UK Degree Certificate - For english language requirements
4) Bank statement showing 3 months of saving. - Maintenance Funds

5) For access to £50000
A. Bank Statement for money in UK
B. Bank Letters for money overseas
C. Third party declaration
D. Sign verification

6) Company Incorporation Certificate
7) Current Appointment report
8 ) 2 photographs
9) Contract Document
10) Company Website printout as an - advertisement stuff

Joint Account is ok but make sure you both sign "Section 5 - Consent for UK Border Agency to Request Verification Checks " on Page 44 Application form.
