my friend is student studying right now completing his Master . After completing his master can he apply for Enterpreneur visa

if he is

Does he need to show 50k or 200k
Does he need to show the company is running as on student visa you cannot run a company

Please reply me in detail as much as you can so others who read this topic will get full benefits as information are quite wage in this area
