Based on the November timeline, up to this week, fees from 2nd Nov and 25th Nov applications are still being deducted. I guess it would be another week or two before they start processing any December applications?

This forum has been very helpful. Thank you to everyone. I was expecting Dec 2013 applications to have their fees debited early February 2014. Seems that the HO is now catching up after the huge backlog of previous weeks. I am now praying for the next steps. Good luck to everyone.

Just a quick overview based on Dec data -

23 applications in total have been recorded or posted so far and out of the 23 only two have confirmed payment deduction. 1 for application received by the HO on 4 Dec and the other is for application received on 03 Dec both confirmed payment taken from their account on 15/01 and 16/01 respectively.

2 out of 23 - you do the maths.
