Next citizenship ceremony on 7th March In Waterford

there is only one invitee so far in the forum, thats a bit strange isnt it?

I would say only 300 to 400 people will receive their certificate of naturalisation in Waterford and people who are from that area are invited. We need to wait till April

I emailed citizenship dept today regarding citizenship ceremony and this is the reply I got from them.

You are scheduled to be invited to the next citizenship ceremony in Dublin the date has not yet been finalised but we are hoping for late march/early april.

so folks just hold ur horses we are almost there and good news there is a ceremony in Dublin shortly after Waterford.

I got confirmation in Nov-2013, by the time I sent requested money and GNIB all the slots were full.
So wasnt able to make it for cermony that was held in January.
I was told that I will be invited for the next cermony that will be held in dublin.
Late March or early April.
Hope it is late march atleast.

So far there is no confirmation from INIS regards to cermony in waterford and only one person said he recieved
Cermony Invitation letter.

Is there any other person invited to waterford cermony ( if at all going to be held ) ?

i emailed them and got the standard response, but at least i know that it wont happen for me in 7th of march

"You are to be invited to the next citizenship ceremony due to take place in Dublin in late March/early April. We are awaiting final confirmation of the exact date of this ceremony and a letter of invitation will issue to you in the coming weeks."

I did paid in 16 December 2013, and its confirmed last week that i will not be invited to the Waterford Ceremony as full . but there will be one for march/April. date not set yet

No you dont have to cos there is a ceremony in Dublin on 31st March!
