**Happy to announce once again that got another visa been granted after reapplied in 29 days**

So my advice to those applicants who have been refused unfortunately that avoid the court proceedings because we believe that visa ratio is more positive in reapplying with strong and professional documentation. (Depends on the circumstances of individual cases)

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to ask if I can reapply for T1 entrepreneur while awaiting decision on an original T1 entrepreneur application?

I have been waiting for a decision for over 15 months and they keep saying they are trying to investigate further.
I have been advised i can reapply solely as the current application is joint.

Please I need advise.
