Biometrics are done at the PEO.

Thanks for confirming this. i dont have my p60 since i just started self employment about 1.5 years ago. also do i need to keep invoices also apart from payslips and dividends. (its to convert ilr for wife and child and not for me - am already on ilr)

2. also my wife is a share hodler in my company - so is better to put her earnings as well on the application ?

Is your wives current leave as a spouse of a settled person or a PBS dep?

Hi Amber ,

I applied for entry clearance to join my spouse here in the UK in 2011 however i was granted the visa in 2012 following an appeal.i entered the uk in november 2012 .Also the visa expires in february 2015.
1. Do I qualify under the two year route to apply for ILR.
2.Can I also apply before and after November as the visa expires in February 2015. when will be my last date for application.
