Right to work whilst at court of appeals

I need to check my appeal process please
My solicitor send my appeal to court first Tribunal on 8 Jan 2017 .
Can I track my progress on this link

And it’s asking me to put calendar data what’s that mean please.

Also need to know how long is the process to finish?
