fareedbaig,

I have a SBI card issued in India, SBI cards don`t have the valid date instead they have the expiry date on the card. On contacting the customer service dept i was informed that the expiry date is sufficient to do any transaction.
Has anyone come across this situation?
Please help ASAP....

Regards

saratbabu07,

you are right saratbabu07, even I confirmed from my friend that the SBI credit card comes without from date printed on it, I think you can go ahead with just expiry date in your application form. Since you have already spoken to the SBI Customer care executive so they should be no issue from the bank side. Just mention to the Home office payment department that the payment for the CC will be cleared without quoting the from date with SBI.

To be on safer side y don’t you apply for a new CC with some other bank, now a days they give it in couple of days.

Tracking all HSMP application progress

Guys,

I think this site is really cool
www.spammer.com/uk-immigration- ... pplication

If every applicant adds their case here and update the status as it changes, it would be very helpful for others. It gives an idea of average timelines and what is happening to applications etc...

I am not advertising this and I am posting this here as it would be helpful for everyone. I urge you guys to add your cases as soon as you have the receipts.

Regards,
Narayan

Dear Geetha!

Do you know anyone who used someone elses CC for the payment? As recommended by most of the members here, DD is supposedly the safest mode of payment.

@ fly2uk ~ am just waiting for the income letter document and my previous employer HR who is in bombay had made a mistake for which i had to request him to resend it. he has been on leave since then, wil be back only wednesday next week :( so thats the only thing left to add. i can send my app by friday next week... waited quiet long and cant wait no more... its been a mad run!

Dear nsm2010!

DD normally takes some time. just wait for 2 more days. in case you still dont get your reference number, you can email them.

I have send my application thru courier on 12 August by DHL, reached and delivered on 14th August 2007. Fee paid thru DD. Since then I dont any information regarding my reference Number. Normally how long it takes to clear DD payments (i believe 3-5 days)?? are these 3-5 days excludes non-working days?? or not???.

it normally takes 3,4 working days. secondly what u can do call HO and they will ask ur courier number, Date of birth and name etc and if payment has been processed they'll give u reference number over the phone.

Dear Alina,
I kept trying since morning with both of HO numbers but couldnt get hold of anybody answering. Meanwhile I sent an email. Hopefully this will work. Or else, What could be the PLAN-B? Wait & See??
