I am going to book an appointment for April 14th for applying ILR using SET O Form at the end of March.
The question is do i have to use the new form which will be available around 6th april 2015 and do i need to pay the new fees?
can somebody reply on above query?

If you paid the old fees before the fee changes and a new form is available before your appointment date, then the best option is use the new form. Since you have already paid the fees, you will take the appointment and payment confirmation with you to the PEO. You can leave the payment section in the form blank (since the fee is already paid) and fill in the rest of the form as usual.

Hi

Where did you read about a new version of the SET(O) form? The only form I see is at: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... 0_1_15.pdf

Or is it common knowledge that UKVI releases a new version every April?
