Yes, it came through court and the code is CD10.

When will this be considered as spent?

Will it have any effect the main applicants application?

This will not effect on main applicant visa application.
Also I bit confused it came directly by court ? As far as I know court only issue if you fight the ticket and get charged. Normally the ticket come by local authority's.

Hello, just to let you know that today my ILR was successful with Traffic Offence through Court!

Summary:
1. Traffic Offence - February 2014; decided to contest in court.
2. Court conviction - 29 July 2014; Paid £420 as fine and received 3 points on licence.
3. Granted settlement - 12 June 2015 (less than 12 months after fine was imposed; and less than 24 months after being convicted).

So, please don't be dissuaded by those who tell you blankly that you cannot apply for settlement within 24 months of court conviction for a traffic offence / FPN.

To begin with, get a Basic Disclosure done.
