you have to wait 14 days, HO can challenge your decision if they think they have strong grounds to win in UT.

Could you plz share your case why HO refused your ILR and on what basis judge allowed your appeal. Recently my 10 yrs ILR refused and I have lodged appeal against the decision. I had submitted early ILR application which was refused just 14 days before completing my 10 years. Thanks
is complicated ...college raided just b4 extn n paspport seized ....cudnt apply n then it took 8 months to do a fresh application n another 9 months for them to issue a visa n they counted all this time as unlawful stay ....

n from the date of hearing or the letter recieved....?

how many days can the HO take to challenge ...is there a timescale how many days it can take...?
