I received a letter from home saying 

Please find new IS96 detaining and reporting document
instructing you to report Roporting centre. Our policy is
anyone who has been given temporary release in UK is
required to report to immigration office on a regular basis.

I applied my tier 1 visa 6 month ago. Today received this 
letter
Please give suggestions what to do. Why HO sent this letter

U didnt get any refusal or anything else from home office where they stated your current application progress. If not did you called home office to check ur status of application. Without refusal how can they issue u IS96 letter ???

I got the refusal letter. Tomarrow is last date to submit the AR. So tomarrow we will submit AR. Let's see. But chances are lass coz it will be reviewed by other home office case worker.

I mean you have 14 days only to file AR. If you submit after this then it will be deemed invalid. Have seen cases when even in JR judges won't consider late submitted JR as a valid one.
