Yeh its take 4 to 6 months but all depends on luck u might get in 6 or 8 or 10 or 12 weeks and when ur parents or here tell the to apply for EU1 and it cud take 1 or 2 months to get temporary stamp 4 letter from eu treaty its valid for 6 months.

U can but u need Re entry visa and uk visit visa. I think it willl be bad idea to go to UK because temporary stamp is only valid for 6 months and u might not get uk visa because of temporary stamp. Just wait until full 5 years visa in ur passport and then apply uk visa and go..

Thanks,

I am just thinking for parents to take them back to uk, I would be in Uk for about year and have got a good job offer in Uk, waiting for 5 years will be too late, would it be good idea to apply for uk family's permit in Ireland with stamp 4 and explain the situation ?

Well give them very strong reason in writing and sone documentation evidence for moving to UK. You not loosing anything even though if visa is refused they might say come back when u have full time visa...and u have to attach temporary stamp 4 letter received from eu treaty show all documents to uk embassy.

Thanks,

Just wondering what is the status on stamp 4 still as EU dependent?

Status on temporary stamp 4 is simple. They are considering that your parents are depending on u or not. Temporary stamp 4 in my opinion is not eu dependent. If im not mistaken others users might have more info on this question.

Guys,

Have you got Solvit involved?

Do you know where your applications are at the moment?

I strongly suggest to get SOLVIT involved, or else we might end up waiting for year(s).

Hi.
I have got solvit involved two months ago. I contacted them last week they said we haven't recieved any response from the Irish authorities yet. And some application takes longer to check the authenticity of the documents. I'm thinking to withdraw to apply for uk visa for my spouse. Need her passport to book English n tb tests for.

I emailed many times to visa mail and Europe treaty mail their reply is to contact Abu Dhabi embassy where my application was submitted. I email them every week thier reply is hudge backlog expect delays of several months. Wait or if u can't wait asks us to send ur documents back.

Being a British National isn't paying off. In England that no good prime minister is making this visa application harder and harder everyday and over here these people are messing up with the waiting period. Seriously sometimes i think what will they get from all this. This £18,600 rule in UK has caused many separations.

True, and guess what, UK is trying to leave EU and one of the main reason is EU treaty rights, its not going to be easy in upcoming time..

where did you find out they are on 25th may cases now?
is the date 25th when the application was submitted or when they received it in Dublin office?

Jamaal...

I will wait till the end of this month.... Then i am going to Pakistan... These numbnuts are taking too much of my time.... I will go there and spend sometime there with my wife..... Frankly speaking this country is giving me a headache.... If the work-load increases you should increase the workers.... People who don't deserve a visa are getting a visa and the deserving candidates are left to wait....!
