A guy in Ireland , whose case went to the CJEU, got 300,000 euros in damages.

I hope the OP has competent lawyers who will get this matter resolved.

I believe that will be better for the Home Office than the alternative.

Hi,

I am extended family member of EEA national, we are in durable relationship for 7 years. My 5 years resident card expired 26/07/2015.
I sent PR application to HO 11/07/2015
Home office received 15/07/2015
The application was returned 24/07/2015 due to wrong bank details and they could not take fee.
I received application 30/07/2015
I send it back 31/07/2015 with postal order
Biometrics submitted 12/08/2015
I have not received COA
Immigration officer visited my work place last week and advised to check my case, i might lost work permit becouse of late application form.
I work for this bussines for 7 years,my solicitor advised i should not worry, i have right to work automaticly after 5 years.so my employer will check it this week and i am worry that i might loose a job if they don't give me work permit while my application is in process. Please advise. I want to prepare for next step.
