Hi All,

i am also in similar conundrum.

i am 5 months short of 10 years legal stay. but i am unable to apply through the 5 yrs route as my earnings have fallen and i won't get enough points for it.

is it prudent to apply by flr fp (i have no kids or partner) to buy some time and then re-apply to stretch the case to 4 months (consider the 28 days grace period) ?

how long do these FLR FP usually take?
