Hi

They came to UK in March 2014 and they been issued visa in DEC 2013.

Truly speaking i want to go same day service that's why i want to know that i have to pay twice premium service fee or once if i am taking application at the same time. Also can you please tell which form I have to Fill for ILR and also for the extension of my wife and son.

The application fee has to be paid for EACH person applying for either ILR or a visa extension.

You will need TWO separate appointments as the application categories are different.
