refused:18/09/2015
ihsrefunded 25/09/2015
new bio:20/10/2015
application received email:21/10/2015
ihs refunded email with the old case number:10/11/2015
got documents back 22/01/2016
escalated the case 08/02/2016
15/02/2016 was told go to vac where u applied for ur passport
escalated again 17/02/2016
24/02/2016 was told they emailed the vac manager about it
thats my timeline

@anika786 same thing happened with me. I got an email that it's not a straightforward case but Alhamdulilah got my visa. So don't worry, due to Christmas holidays their workload might have increased. So don't worry you may get your visa soon Insh aa Allah.
