Yes, all these columns are present. The only difference is that it says transaction history statement on the top of the page.

No such requirement is there in the rules. However you must sign important documents like your accounts as required by the law. I also suggest you sign and initial employee reports (FPS, P11, etc) as correct

As per guidence you are required to sign your accounts, p11 and FPS.
There have been rejections for not signing these docs.

Bank statement has "copy statement" printed

My bank statement has "copy statement" printed as the bank sent them as duplicates. I paid for the originals' copies but they still wrote that it is a duplicate.
Should I send the accompanying letter from the bank saying they are sending the requested copy documents to me?

In the guidance, it says that the value of residential accommodation should be stated in a RICS surveyor report. What if you rent a flat and part on the rent is for office use? Do we still need someone to evaluate this as correct, or does this issue arise only if there is a purchase of property?
