Hi, does anyone know what date is considered for transitional(pre 6 april 2014) arrangements? The date when we have applied for our visa originally or the date when we get visa(BRP)?

The date you applied as long as that application outcome was of course successful.

I just want to make more clear about the application being successful. Does it matter if initially refused but later on won in appeal and got the visa? Am I still considered under transitional arrangements?

Yes, because you applied before April 2014 and at the end you were successful without having to apply for another fresh application. The transitional arrangements apply if you successfully entered the route before 6 April 2014.

What if Mr. X worked as HR executive for the year 2013-2014, and is then promoted to Payroll manager for 2014-2015.... would that count as 2 job positions then? since the job titles are 2 different, but the person is the same.

I have this situation:
Job 1: Book Keeper
Employee: Tony (Full Time)
Duration: 12 months( From March 2016 to April 2017)

Job 2: Accountant
Employee: Tony (Full Time)
Duration: 12 Months (From April 2017 to May 2018)

Job 3: Book Keeper
Employee: Elisa (Full Time)
Duration: 12 Months (From April 2017 to May 2018)

How many jobs are there?
