I get what you are saying, i sent in a document to vary an application just on monday but i refrained from using the term "VARY" cos according to the guidelines you attached above such applications should be refused automatically.Plzilr wrote:problem is there no where says in guidance that if your 3c is extended through in time application in process and your leave to remain expired in mean time then you can not vary before 28 days
I used the Term "AMEND" in the cover letter inattaxhed to the forms.
