Hi

Any update on your appeal?

Only that my husband has been refused for the same reason.
But the difference is both myself and my employer missed the calls.

Bio-metrics submitted - September 2016

Documents received by Sheffield - October 2016

Refusal - December 2016

Appeal - January 2017

Still waiting on any confirmation/review date

My husband was refused unfairly as both myself and my part-time employer missed calls from the ECO.

I have sent a statement on my behalf stating the possibility I missed the calls as I work office hours and therefore cannot make or take personal calls and my full-time employer has provided a letter.

Similarly my part-time employer has explained in his letter the endless reasons why a call can be missed, particularly due to environment we work in.

BTW - I gave 3 contact methods for both my employers.

I have contacted my local MP for his help too and has written to the HO.

Anybody had any similar experiences ... & the outcome?
