Sent an email requesting confirmation my case is being treated urgently got this reply: (after faxing through job offer)

Dear Customer,

"Thank you for your request for urgent treatment.

Please note that cases approved for urgent treatment are worked in
order of
the date the application was received, NOT by the date by which a
decision
has been requested. As such, processing times for urgent applications
are
dependent on the number of requests received and an accurate processing
time
can not be given."

Does this mean it is being treated urgently??

On a higher priority than the normal application queue :) But if there are other requests for urgent treatment and they have submitted their application before you they will be given higher priority.
