Can you list all her visas with start and expiry dates that she has held in the UK?

Tier4 dependent from 09.03.2011 to 23.12.2012 then PSW dependent from 23.03.2012 to 23.03.2014 then her leave expired when she was abroad and successfully applied on 05.05.2014 and is Tier1 dependent from 08.05.2014 to 28.03.2017
If I successfuly go through extensioj(IA) she will be short of 14 days even if that 28 days grace to complete 5 years.
I am not sure which combination for ILR dependent is allowed.
Thanks

The new entry clearance in 2014 has likely reset her clock and she needs 5 years from 2014 for ILR. She should have returned to the UK before her previous visa expired and applied for an extension within the UK.

If she had no break in her visa, all time could have been combined towards ILR.

When I will apply ILR(IA) she will be short 42 days from 5 years.so concession is for 28 days this means she will need extension as dependent for those 14 days or 42 days.
There is no way those 14 days can be adjusted somehow?

Are you applying on the basis of 5 years residence?

If yes, she might get away with posting the application and hoping HO considers her application and the 14 days early application. OR apply for an extension for her, once she meets the requirements, apply to vary to ILR. This will not work if you apply for ILR based on long residence though.
