Your solicitor is wrong, there is no legal requirement for payslip to be on a specific paper. It can be even handwritten

Just print out the payslip and get stamped and signed of your company and director, which i did. no need to be fancy, normally nowadays all payslip are digital as said by Zimba ,

Now lets come to my brother issue; HO send letter to my brother stating that his maintenance for bank statement was not 90 days, so due to Evidence Flexibility they allowed my brother to submit 15 days of bank statement which was missing and request us to send as soon as possible to respective case worker in Green Label which they provided, i know this is silly mistakes which occurs but lucky was my brother the case worker gave chance to provide, Just this morning we submitted the missing documents lets hope for the best,

I hope this is sufficient , some documents are not required but still Our Gurus will notify you, if please feel free to ask anything, i will help to communicate in this post so that other members will benefit too.

Sorry to hear about refusal, i really dont understand why they refused, as far my case i have shown both shareholder name in accounts and already attached a document on previous post. as far as i know share certificate is not acceptable, so in order to show that u invest through share capital did your final accounts show directors name and how much share is allocated, if your accounts showed those information, how about AR01 - Annual Return it also should be mention there also, did you invest in one go or partially, if you have shown Business bank statements has all the money been injected in to the business bank if not there might be the reason to refuse you, please can you pm me your accounts, and list of documents you provide,

As you can check my list of documents i provided on previous post, i provide Share Certificate, Annual Return AR01 and my accountant added Accounts stating the Respective Directors are shareholders allocated with value of shares, which i already post attachment for refrence please check attachment i will enclosed again which u can see the sample. Share Certificate is not acceptable but also i provide, i didn't provide copy of company members. I want to ask you did your AR01 annual return mentioned directors name and allocated share or not,

Money was transferred partially from personal account to business account . Bank statements with higlighted transaction were submitted and rest our accountsnt said he didn't mentioned in notes about it but it's there on rest of the documents like ordinary shares there value and director name and all that
AR01 was there it was mentioned in annual return as well.
Im not able to send personal messages as I'm new forum and I'm not allowed yet .
