will it also apply to work permit holders who have recieved HSMP approval letters and planning to file FLR(IED)
Will be interesting to know if it applies to people who has received HSMP approval 8)

Did anyone called to HO ? :wink:

I was expecting from past 1 month that ... they will bring this new rules ... as FLR is getting delayed ...

This is real good news to all the people in WP .... 8)

This shows that they do listen, hopefully they will bring in changes to cut down the waiting all together

I am not able to access the above link. Perhaps they have taken it down :?: (I also noticed that the HO operational levels appear to be showing old October 18th levels as the last update.) I will try to access the link and operational levels again tomorrow....

Also, I am now seeing the User Panel Minutes 2004 page with a document in it: '29 April 2004'. OK, so it's not the latest one (September 2004), but it still provides some interesting reading:

i have been trying for some time and i cant get access to that site as well. i did manage to get on the announcement page where they list the new changes, but when i cant follow the link. Also i have not been able to access the "all forms" section, wanted to have a look at the new application forms

just after writing this post i managed to get access to the new arrangements but still cant download the new application form. has anyone else managed to download it. i can get the guidance notes but not the forms both under 28 and over 28

For the last 2 weeks it said September minutes will shortly follow; and now they have reverted back to the old minutes published quite a while ago.
