Hi my case in same sitution like your.
enter uk 1 sept 2007 on student visa
In Nov 2013 psw visa granted till Nov 2015
In time student visa apply refused with appeal right
In time Appeal submitted at FTT unable to attend hearing fallen very sick requested adjourned the hearing unfortunately refused in January 2017 with appeal right
IN 14 days Permission to appeal to UTT to FTT refused with appeal right
In 14 days appeal submitted permission to appeal to UTT to UTT was refused with no appeal rights on 21 August 2017.
23 August 2017 new application of set LR submitted to HO.
I am completing 10 years on 1 sept 2017.

I would like to ask forum seniors, friends would you mind to advise me please do I have cover lawfully long residency with 3c or 3D between 21 Aug 2017-1sept 2017 under 14 days rules?
