Need your advice regarding one full time job.
for ONE POST: one of my employee started on 16th march 2016 and left 3rd March 2017 with 35 hours per week. On same day an other employee joined at left 20th September 2017. The last month which is September 2017, my employees worked 105 hours. Can I make it a full time job? Rest of all 11 months, average hours were 151 per month.
Please advice and solution.
