Hi Gurus,

We are preparing for new application and our lawyer said that we should only send pages of business account statement with showing transfers from personal accounts not full period.

Previously we sent full business bank statement for full 3 years.

Can you please help us if this is right?? or we should send full statement.

There is no requirement to send any more evidence than is required by HO.
Read Pg 61 of the Application form carefully.

It says:

You must be selective in submitting evidence, as sending large amounts of irrelevant or poor
quality documentation may delay the consideration of the application. It is only necessary to submit
evidence that is directly appropriate to the application as requested, as unrelated evidence cannot be
considered for points scoring.

Just to update, Our Administrative Review is refused on 21st December with Letter dated 19th Dec 2017.

We are ready to submit the new application. We have confusion regarding Employee Payment Records.

What document we have to submit to fulfill this requirement a part from P11 as we are already submitting FPS, P11 and P32.

Looking to hear from you soon as we really want to send our application by tomorrow.

If you set up a new business and not joined a business, the only employee payment records you need are FPS and Payslips.

We managed to find the Employee Payment details within the Payroll software and attach with the application.
