Thanks, Obie. It was unfortunate in EV that the challenge of the correct form wasn’t pursued at the very beginning.

Unfortunately the Court of Appeal did not grant permission for that matter to be advanced. Therefore only the Article 8 matter for which permission was granted, as allowed to proceed.
