EM Zimbabwe is also a case I place reliance upon most time. Its principles are very similar to MA (Pakistan). There is also the case of Azimi. I usually mention EV(Philippine) but emphasis the lack of lengthy residence in.the case of the 3 children.

Unfortunately the Court of Appeal did not grant permission for that matter to be advanced. Therefore only the Article 8 matter for which permission was granted, as allowed to proceed.
