There are no separate requirements for a second application - it is exactly the same as your original one.
The only difference is that some original documents such as your passport and BRP can be referred to rather than submitting again.

Hi i have 2nd application after refusal of my initial tier1 entrepreneur extension. but the job creation i have calculated untill now. will that be ok. please assist.

I forgot the password entered incorrect password and my account got locked. I am really unable to retrieve my login though i requested to reset the password was unsuccessful> hence i had to create a new id.

1st application : may 2017
biometric : june 2017
complex letter received 8 june 2017
refused: jan 22 2018
admin review refused: 28 feb 2018

2nd application : 14 march 2018
biometric : april 2018
complex letter 22 april 2018
awaiting since then.

I am getting appointments and getting clients for providing service. can we still provide the service for the clients as before after the admin review refusal.

currently i have 1 employee. can i still run the payroll for the employee and for myself as a director.
also can we switch the visa when the 2nd application is still in process.

kindly assist me in this regard

You can continue running your business and have employees and run the payroll for them.
But you cannot have yourself on payroll.
Yes, you can switch visa before the 2nd application is decided. In fact, I think you should be able to vary your application to an ILR now that you have completed 5 years - but discuss that with a solicitor or immigration advisor.

This is my interpretation of the rules.

If the second application is in process (not decided), you are allowed to vary it.

If you meet the criteria for ILR, then you can vary the 2nd application to an ILR application.

You submit a normal SET(O) application and mention in the cover letter that you are varying you application along with the reference number of the same.

You should normally get another biometric letter and the ILR application gets processed.

You can ask for refund of the extension application fees separately
