There is no 'template letter'. I really fail to understand why members think there is a template letter for everything.
Hi CR001,

For dependent visa do I need to show tenancy agreement as well or just NOC ?

Furthermore, if tenancy agreement is not in my name would it be acceptable because it's on my friend's name. Kindly confirm.

No need for a tenancy agreement.

Who are you expecting the NOC for ? I don't see any such requirement either

NOC signed by landlord that he is ok if I bring my spouse in the house where I am living at the moment. Furthermore, a tenancy agreement is also required that is what people are saying. Could you please share your list of document please.

I only applied for my dependant with my own application and did it when I was overseas. So clearly no tenancy agreement or any other document submitted other than marriage certificate, maintenance funds and language evidence.

Not relevant to her visa, you need to send CAR for your visa only

If you are doing this online, it probably is Work -> Tier 1 E -> Partner/family. I can't access the online form, so I can only guess.

But it obviously can't be settlement

Hi Guys,

Could you please confirm what is the actual processing time for Tier 1 Dependent visa, how long normally they take to decide the application. Furthermore, once you submitted docs do you receive any confirmation email or anything.

There are no "actual" processing time information available.
It depends on a number of factors but it should be one of the faster visa categories if you provide all the proper documentation.

Yes, once your application is received, you should get some form of acknowledgment - at least a request for biometrics

It's already done in visa application centre whilst submitting application as my wife applied from Pakistan and I received email from HOME OFFICE that they received application and it's in entry process for considering, is there any more confirmation should I receive or just visa decision. Thanks

Unlikely you will get anything else unless they need additional information.
