Tier 2 - Qualifying for ILR (5 years route)

when I start filling in the form

it starts with whom are you going to join in uk?
I put in my name, dob , nationality
then it asks what is my current immigration status
in that drop down menu there are all tier i.e. 1,2,4, 5 etc but there is no option for indefinite leave to remain

Choose the service that (my name) most recently applied for, even if their application is still being processed. If the main applicant has been granted indefinite leave to remain or British Citizenship, you should choose the PBS Tier under which they were granted leave before.

Does it not ask about remaining in the UK as she is clearly not "joining" you as she is already in the UK.

This number is on the top right of the BRP

Yes, I have their biometric residence permit (BRP) number
This number is on the top right of the entry clearance page in their passport

No, I do not have a Home Office reference number for them

then Does Doctor xxxxxxxxxx have indefinite leave to remain or British citizenship? --------- which I select yes

and then Shortage Occupation

Is Doctor xxxxxxxxxx work in a shortage occupation -- which I select no

after this it comes to main applicant
