They sometimes give documents back after a decision is made.

Those texts just mean they have received the biometrics data and online application.

You will probably get a decision around early December InshaAllah
Almost the same situation here, I have payed to track my application with them. The thing is that we have received email confirmation that its now being decided but my original documents hasnt arrive yet. its been 2 months.

God bless us all

Yes they have basically sent almost everything back all my originals and the copies. I am assuming they have made their own copies of anything they needed.

When I sent the documents I was under the impression they would keep all the copies. Yes I did send a prepaid envelope for the return of my documents.

If they sent everything back then why they recommend to send photocopies of everything as well

And within how long you got back yours documents after sending?

@ seagul they scan all support documents digitally. There is no need to send photocopies. Waste of paper and money.

I was advised to send a whole copy of my application and supporting documents. I didn't know they digitally scanned.

They sent them back after about 7 weeks.

Why you collected your documents from PO and not received back by post? When had you actually applied?

When did you actually sent docs to sheffield?
Had you supplied them with prepaid envelope of same weight?
