Hi Guys,

Happy News finally got it. Thanks for all the information.Good Luck for others.

Mine is 51 Points applied on 04th December non everything.
Congratulation!

But not sure how HO processes the applications. Two similar applications, one having 35 and other 55 points.
35 is approved much earlier(may be week before) than 55 when both applications neither have pending nor review or require any further documents.

Congratulations. Were you informed anything during november? or did you just have to wait until now? I am waiting for mine which was given in the december allocation, bit nervous as it hasnt come around yet - around 40 points

I assume it depends on the officer who is responsible to do that and the number of applicants they have to assign the COS. I am still waiting for my COS. they said it can take up to 5 working day to inform the HR and then they have to fill an online form to get the reference number! we only have 5 working days till Christmas holiday!

Hi Guys,

I've applied for mine in november with 31 points - but my status in the SMS is still "UNDER REVIEW" 5 days after the release of the RCoS as state on this forum.

How common is this and does this mean that the windows has passed?

Many thanks.

Hi all,

My employer has submitted RCoS on 5th of December for consideration of monthly RCoS panel. Please can anyone tell what is the expected time for approval of RCoS ?

December allocation has been announced

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... ember-2017

I have a question about my application and not sure if someone here could help me. My employer submitted the application on 4 Dec, and on 6 Dec HO asked for more info. We submitted the documents on 10 Dec. Now the allocation has been announced but my application in the SMS system still says "under review"....

What does this mean? Does anyone know what will happen next?

Thanks a lot!

Hi, I see that the updates have been posted in the home office site, https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... ponsorship .Does it mean that if we have not yet got a notification, we might not have been successful this time?

Hi all,

I am very confused about the salary component of the tier 2 Visa application.

I have been granted a RCOS, with salary of £26000(incl. HCLA). I am an OCcupational therapist and the job is band 5 NHS post. Working hours 37.5 p/w. The COS is for 3 years. I am 27 years old. I have not yet applied for my Visa.

The Tier 2 visa requirements states that I have to meet a salary criteria of £30,000 or relevant SoC rate (£23k for band 5 OT), WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.

So even if the RCoS is granted with the salary of £26k I fear that my Tier 2 visa will still be rejected as the salary is below £30k.

Has anyone over the age of 26 and salary below £30k been considered as a new entrant and therefore granted tier 2 visa?

Please help. Thank you!
