Hi Zimba,

Thanks a lot for your reply...

Do you think, one payslip (latest) and one month bank statement (latest) enough? or do I need to provide 3 months payslips and 3 months bank statements?

Thanks in advance.

Hi All,

My Employer made a mistake in this month salary, he paid £114.61 less than the expected salary. He observed this and transferred again with this payment £114.61

Which means this month, my bank statement has two payments
1. 2322.04
2. 114.61

I am planning to apply from 2nd week of May but my bank statement based on above payments worry me a lot... Can you please provide information on this case.. ? Can I go ahead and apply or Do You want me to wait for May Salary?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Zimba, CR001

My employer didn't mention the words “for the foreseeable future” in the employer letter instead he mentioned like below. Do you think below is sufficient?

I also confirm that XXXXX has led the development of our data management platform from day, one and as such he is central to, and critical to our development programme.

Thanks in advance

Hi Zimba,

I checked with my employer but He is not willing write the words “for the foreseeable future” in the employer letter but he is saying that below words will not raise any doubts on the employment.

I hereby confirm that XXXX has been a full time employee of XXXX since XXXXX, and is currently on a current annual salary of XXXXX. I also confirm that XXXXXX has led the development of our data management platform from day, one and as such he is central to, and critical to our development programme. Below are his Employment details, Salary hike details and Sponsorship details.

Can you please let me know whether above is OK?

Thanks Advance

Settlement can only be granted if the employer requires your for the foreseeable future. If they cannot state this, then ILR cannot be granted. Settlement is not a right or an entitlement under Tier 2 and so it can only be granted when you satisfy the requirements

The Tier 2 guide makes it clear that this is required. I suggest to let your employer know

Thanks Zimba,

Do we need to provide Photos for ILR? (In the ILR application form I didn't see anywhere mentioning this)

Thanks in advance.

Hi Zimba, CR001, tier11417

"I am pleased to confirm that your application for indefinite leave has now been granted. You will receive your decision letter in due course which will explain your leave in more detail."

I have received email like above, I hope that above indicates ILR granted or do I need to wait for Decision Letter to know more details about decision?

Just write that you are returning the BRP as you got settlement. That is it
