Hi
Yes, will send everything to be on safe side Once you've paid the fees you will no doubt receive the check list and BRP post office letter. Been reading here that you don't need to send the BRP letter with the with application, but will photocopy and send anyway!
My husband has been here on his first Entry Clearance Visa granted 24 May 2016, which expires 19th February 2019, so 5 year route now I'm presuming.
Yes, online application does say 'Family Route.
Good luck, please keep me updated with your progress, I will also.

It's saying I need to in the document list at the end of the online application?

I've attached the other two extra documents because I read that the payslips need to cover 12 months and as I'm paid 4-weekly this only cover from 23.02.2018 until 25.01.2019 which is only 336 days. I've included 13 payslips as this is the yearly amount but like I said doesn't cover full 365 days.. any ideas?

Aren't you working from 6 months with same employer? If yes then you only need to attach 6 months of payslips and bank statements. Remember that the more unnecessarily you attach something the more likely it will confuse to the caseworker who in now a days very easily get confused.

Yes, been with the same employer for 4 years. Reason I'm providing 12 months worth is that my salary is different each money and above the 18,600.

For variable income you can choose category A non-salaried person route where still you need to attach the 6 months of payslips and bank statements.
