If he is British/ILR holder and if eligible for public funds in his name then there shouldn't be any issue.

Now please if you could help me in filling form for my wife

She too was issued 2.5 years visa, and letter says 10 year Partner route
I am British with 4 kids all British all in UK

Please guide me what selection if would be

Under Current Status section- what type of residency permit or visa do you have

Under UK immigration status
On what basis did you apply your current visa


Lastly if you liv UK where would you leave

Would it be hard to integrate in your birth country
And what proof can we give ?

Please guide as visa expiring in 10 days

As you are on the 10 year route to settlement (ILR), ensure you don't apply for FLR(M) as a Partner in error.

I received Email from HO that my wife has been issued LTR

But I want to clarify I submitted application on Private life for her and also in the section how you are applying ? On husband or child, I selected Private life

But the HO worker who was taking application said I should have selected private life but on Husband.

He said don’t worry we can feel necessary comments so the case worker gets the idea

Rest Senior can throw light
