If we apply with super priority service...will that be alright ?geoeng wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 3:33 pmIf the application is a visa for your wife, it is likely only her that would need to be in the UK at the time of application provided you were still considered 'settled' in the UK. However, if she were to leave the UK after applying her application would be considered withdrawn.
There is no cohabitation evidence requirement for initial FLRM/spouse visa whichever you choose rather any recent proof of address addressed individually/jointly will be fine.

As you got ilr based in long residence, she really should switch before traveling. She risks being refused entry to the UK on her current visa (yes this has happened to members).
You (sponsor) can leave after the application or before if scan your documents including your passport yourself.shine1234 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 9:42 pmThanksCR001 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 9:27 pmShe cannot travel out of the UK if she has a pending application. She has not applied yet. Do i have to presence in the uk to apply her visa ?
Not everyone being questioned so no one can tell its list. Usually the passport, BRP and marriage certificate & water bottle should be handy
OP got ILR based on long residence. Spouse should switch to FLR(M) before traveling as she risks being refused re-entry and her current PBS Dependent visa being cancelled, which has happened to members.
Thanks for sharing your experience
Try to only submit 6 months of payslips & bank statements assuming she is working with same employer from 6 months.shine1234 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 3:20 pmFor financial requirement £18,600, we are submitting her payslip from April 2019 to Oct 2019 (07 months, £1750 before tax deduction), Bank Statment from 1st April 19 to 31st Oct 19, Employer letter confirming salary £21K Gross and permanent employment, Not putting my docs;
Will that be sufficient?
For initial phase of spouse visa there is no mandatory requirement to attach 2 years of cohabitation documents. So anything addressed individually or jointly will serve the purpose.

Same as said before for bank statements, if payslips aren't marked as online then these should be alright without any stamp/sign.
Hi Seagulshine1234 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 3:20 pmDear Members,
My wife applying FLRM within the country, with current PBS Dependant visa; i have got ILR recently in Aug 2019.
We are filling application FLR(M) for my wife and there is a question below with some options:
Question: Please choose the reason you are applying for an
extension, this includes if you are switching to a
partner visa from another type.
I have chosen the below option:
First application as a partner from within the UK (for
example, you are currently in the UK on another type
of visa or permission to stay)
Is that Oaky or need to change it as there are other options as well: e.g. extending; initial entry etc...
You don't send photos.
